Okay, so I am needing to get a grip...
This is going to be my on-line journal for what I eat and losing weight. I figure if I record it all, I can look at it and make a plan.

I am sharing a bowl [a small bowl!] of hashbrowns & turkey bacon with my 2 yr old and I am drinking a cup of coffee with a shot of cream.
